# Sharing Documents

Right Click on the file that you would like to share, then select "Share".

Click on the "+" button to add personnel to the list.\
Personnel in the list will have various permissions on the file depending on the setting.\

The three types of permissions level are : Full Control, Edit and View.

Additionally, download permissions can be set here as well.

If you would like to share a document through IM, right click on the file and select "Item Forwarding".

Then select the person and click "Confirm".

Click on "My Knowledge" to view all the files created by you.
