# Customizing Fields for Personnel Profiles (Admin)

Should the default fields provided for personnel profile are not enough to satisfy the organization needs, the system administrator may manage the fields here:

Fields may be set to hidden or required.

Additionally, the system administrator may also set the fields so that can be edited by general users.
