Due to differences in company size or management systems, different companies have varying needs for using "subdivisions" in the organizational structure. 

Therefore, here, users can customize the toggle switch to meet their specific requirements.

Note: Divisions is disabled by default. Division function cannot be disabled if there exist any division in the current organization structure.
