# Position

To Create a new position, navigate to the Admin Dashboard > Org. Structure > Post Settings page.\

Positions are linked in a tree structure, similar to organization structure, where "General Manager" is the root node and it cannot be deleted.\

Hover your cursor over the department names and click on the "+" Icon to add new nodes.

A window will appear on the right side of the screen to allow the input of information of the new position. The fields with \* icon are mandatory. Click away to save the new position.

To delete an existing position, mouse over the position name on the tree structure and click on the trash can icon.
