# Associated Form Settings

When clicking on "Associate Approval/Forms," you can choose the form type, name, start time field, end time field, displayed individuals, and displayed content. Please note that the end time is not a mandatory field. If you select an end time that is earlier than the start time, the end time will be invalid, and only the start time will be displayed in the schedule.
