# Participant Range Settings

1\) When you enable participant range settings, you can click 'Add Range' to define the participant range. This allows you to specify who can participate in the schedule or event.

When adding a range, the name, target audience, and participant range are all mandatory fields.

In this example, Tester 001 will only be able to select Nate as participants in schedules they created.
