# Methods for Adding Personnel
System admins may alter the method to add new personnel to the organization by navigating to the above settings.
There are two ways of adding new peronsonnel: \
1\) Create Manually : Allows system administrator to create personnel profiles either one by one or by using batch import with Excel Spreadsheets.
2\) Invite Personnel : Allows adding existing eTeams users with invitation links.
